Hello! This is why we do this:

 Shooting Stars Daycare came about as a result of childhood experiences and situations. Since a very young age I have loved taking take of babies and acting as a nurturer. One time after my little sister was born, I was supposed to be watching her in my mom's room but my great-grandmother called for me to come to her. Since I was only 6-7, I placed my little sister in the center of bed and went to see what was needed. As we were talking a thud boomed through the house and my heart sank. Luckily she suffered no injuries or bumps. I still understood that I messed up real bad, this was when I realized how important it is care for children. 

By the time I had made it to college I took a role in raising over 5 children through babysitting while working and being an honor roll student. In college I began taking sociology and psychology classes with a focus on development from birth to adulthood. My brother who was also in college at the time but was studying child education and we spoke on how we loved the experiences we had as employed junior counselors and assistant teachers. This brought about our partnership to create a daycare that meets a parent's requirements and allows each student to prosper individually; Shooting Stars Daycare.
